This session will introduce the new techniques that are emerging for the design, development, and delivery of future-ready content. We will explore how the practices of content strategy, content management, content architecture, and content technology are evolving and how they are changing the way we think about content and about the work of technical communication. More specifically, this session will focus on the end-to-end content lifecycle that will see communicators applying new tactics for planning and designing their content, new tools for preparing and testing it, and new channels through which it will be delivered and evaluated. This session will be of interest to attendees who want to know more about the tools they will be asked to use, the roles they will be asked to play, the content that they will be asked to produce, and the new techniques they will be expected to learn.
