Change management is a field of study that has tremendous significance and utility when implemented properly, particularly in relation to technical communications, where innovation occurs almost without pause. However, much of the focus on change may be directed outward to focus on measured systems and results, rather than the actual instigators of change – people.

Every transformation starts with one person’s idea and initially spreads inward, like a dropped pebble creating a circular flow in a body of water, and only after the ripple is fully engaged in you does the pulse impact externally. This presentation will focus on the skills you need to develop the right mind for change in yourself so you may act as an effective and supportive change agent for others around you, whether your scope of influence is a small project team or an entire company.
